Benjamin B. Thobias
Born on 10, October 1954, Benjamin attended formal education at Immanuel Riders Primary School and Augustinium Junior Secondary in Windhoek, Namibia.

In 1970 he started his first job as a Quality Inspector at Metal Box, a company that manufactured industrial fish tanks.

In 1979, Benjamin joined Home Affairs as a Finger Printing Officer, under the Ministry of Safety and Security.

In 2001, he became a shareholder and director at HSP.

In 2005, he transferred to the Police Department as an Identification Officer for the Police System and was subsequently appointed as Warrant Officer.  

Benjamin attended Pius Kahundu Training College end of 2005 and was then promoted to the Rank of Chief Inspector.

Currently he is Second in Command at the Criminal Record Centre at the Namibian Police Force.
