HSP is located in the Northern Industrial Area of Windhoek, conveniently near to the center of town and to the residential area of its workforce. It occupies a 1000sq/m facility, safeguarded by high fenced and electrified walls, under 24hr surveillance. It is registered as a 'Diamond Area' as per the 1999 Diamond Act of Namibia, and therefore has strict rules and regulations as per the Act.

It operates an open plan space that encourages greater cohesion in the production flow between the various sections and promotes the teamwork that guarantees the most efficient production line.

It houses the best technologies available in the industry to make HSP globally competitive, and as such has become a center of awareness for the public.
